Jake is a very handsome 6 year old mini sheltie. Jake arrived at Assisi in October 2010 and was in very poor condition. He was suffering from untreated diabetes and was almost blind and severely underweight. I received veterinary treatment and was nursed back to health by the staff. Once I was back to health I found a lovely foster home where I am very happy. I was very lucky, and the sponsorship money will help pay for my diabetes medical care.

Rango is a loving affectionate 8 year old terrier x. When he came to us he was in a bad state, most of his hair had fallen out which was a result of a skin condition which is currently being treated and his hair has started to grow back. Rango enjoys going for walks and loves to play fetch. Rango is now in a permanent foster home and continues to do well. He settled in very quickly and his fur is growing back slowly.
