Jake
Jake is a very handsome 6 year old mini sheltie.
Jake arrived at Assisi in October 2010 and was in very poor condition. He was suffering from untreated diabetes and was almost blind and severely underweight. I received veterinary treatment and was nursed back to health by the staff.

Holly is a beautiful tortie lady. She is around 12 years old and has been with us for nearly 2 years.
Before arriving at Assisi Holly was a stray so we don’t know much about her past. Due to her bad start in life Holly has quite a few illnesses, she suffers from epilepsy, arthritis of the spine and hyperthyroisim. We are able to manage these fairly well and Holly continues to improve.

Jody
Jody is a handsome white and tabby male cat. He is around 10 years old and has been with us since 2009.
Jody suffers from diabetes and pancreatitis which can leave him with a sore tummy and makes him a little grumpy from time to time. His conditions are managed well with daily medication.

Rango
Rango is a loving affectionate 8 year old terrier x. When he came to us he was in a bad state, most of his hair had fallen out which was a result of a skin condition which is currently being treated and his hair has started to grow back. Rango enjoys going for walks and loves to play fetch.
We are looking for a foster home for Rango because of his skin condition, Assisi will pay for any medication...

My name is Holly and I am a beautiful pink-eyed white rabbit and I have lived at Assisi since January 2007. Following health problems and a tumour in my left eye, I had to have my eye removed. It took me a while to recover but I am now in good health and my favourite past time is cuddling up in the hay with my best friend Bumper.

I am Cinders and I have lived at Assisi since 2002. I was a stray when I was admitted to Assisi and I was only 5 months old and very frightened. I am still nervous and will only let those I have learnt to trust stroke me. I enjoy playing with the other cats but will always come over when there is some chicken on offer!
