Hi I visited your centre for the first time yesterday -very impressive. I noticed a poster asking for help for a dog that requires an operation so I am forwarding £20 towards it through paypal. (Sorry its not more). Best Wishes

Marie. Thank you very much for your donation to Sasha’s operations. She had her first operation two weeks ago and is currently recuperating with one of our foster carers. She is getting on well and will get her staples out tomorrow and then in three/four weeks time a decision will be made on whether she will require a second operation. She is a beautiful looking dog but also has a beautiful nature. Once again thank you for your support.

We are both great admirers of your work and, whilst our lives are currently not compatible with the commitment required to keep a dog, we hope that someday soon we will be in a position to welcome one of your dogs into our family. Sara. Unfortunately the Justice for Cody bags sold out at the Rally at Stormont on Saturday. We still have some of the Justice for Cody wristbands.

Steph. You can buy them from our Reception at the Sanctuary in Conlig or at our Charity Shop in Ballynahinch. They are £1 each.

I hope people adopt more black cats, I know they are hard to rehome. I have a black cat, Jet. She has been with me for 8 years and is adorable. I would love to adopt a cat but Jet is so jealous and hasnt had much interaction with other cats so it wouldnt be a good idea.

My husband and I left Jessica the abandoned bunny with you yesterday and meant to leave a donation but forgot as we were upset leaving her. Hi, I support dogs trust at the minute with a wee £3 a month donation I know it’s not gonna set the world alight but if I had more I would give it all , I was just wondering is there an option to set up a direct debit with yourselves like this also ? I would like to help the wee animals if I can ? Phil
Phil. We would love to have monthly support from yourself. Every penny is put to good use and will be very much appreciated. We don’t have a direct debit facility but you can set up a standing order for £3 a month for general support or you can sponsor one of our long term residents. I will ask our admin team to send you a standing order form. If you would like to look at the sponsorship section of our website you can choose an animal to support. You will find the sponsorship section if you look at our home page.
I recently attended the funeral of Mrs Helen Page who was 93yrs old. As an alternative to sending flowers, she asked that we donated money to Assisi. Helen was a HUGE animal lover and resued a fair few animals in her lifetime. I think this is a very fitting tribute to her and a fantastic cause. I hope the £100 helps many animals who are less fortunate than our own. Thank you Assisi for all the great work you do – I’ve read lots of heart warming stories on your website.

2 years ago we adopted a beautiful cat called “Gabbana” from your sanctuary and very much appreciated the support and advice you gave us.
She is still very much well and having a splendid time with us at home. We would like to give something back and wish to setup an automatic payment to you each week with out payslip.
