Assisi Animal Sanctuary is Northern Ireland's largest independent animal welfare charity providing shelter for up to 200 companion animals - cats, dogs and rabbits.
Holly is a Brown Lab Cross. She is very friendly but needs training and lots of TLC as she is very thin and underweight. Could you give this lovely girl a home? Why not call at the sanctuary and meet Holly.
Hi there, just wondering how old is lovely Holly? Would she suffer from anxiety if left at home or garden alone. I rather looking for calm, older, not too energetic dog with some basic training – is she near to this picture?
Maciej. Holly is a young dog and will need training. I would recommend you call at the sanctuary and complete a rehoming form which will give the staff more detail around your lifestyle and then they can match the best dog to your lifestyle.
hiya i filled in a rehoming form a few months ago would i need 2 fill in another 1, how old is Holly and what is she like round young children. Many thanks Claire
Claire. I don’t have access to the up-to-date booking information but I believe Holly has a booking on her. Please ring the sanctuary on 028 9181 2622 and they will be able to give you the most up-to-date information. Why not call and see the other dogs we have.
My husband and I adopted Holly almost six months ago – and she’s as lovely as ever! She has put on weight and is quite a strapping young lady. Her ‘partners in crime’, Cassie and Henke have taken her under their wings, and all enjoy chasing each other round the garden, walks at the Quoile River and plenty of swims(weather permitting!) Thank you Assisi for our beautiful new addition – and for all the great work that you do.
Ashleen. Great to hear that the three of them are all getting on so well. So glad Holly has put on weight – she was very thin when she came to Assisi. Hopefully the weather will start to improve and they can all get more swimming time.
