Is your favourite drink a Guinness? Then we have the cat for you! And if you don’t like the drink Guinness, we’re sure you’ll love Guinness the cat!

Guinness is a lovely 16 year old girl who has found herself in our care.

She doesn’t quite understand what is going on as the life she knew for 16 years has disappeared…

Despite this, she is still very friendly and loves getting head rubs from staff.

She has unfortunately been diagnosed with renal disease so she is on specialised food and this will need to be monitored with a vet.

Due to her medical issues we are looking for someone to foster her, this means we will cover the medical and food costs.

You just need to be bale to offer a loving home (please feel free to contact us for more information on fostering as there is many opportunities to be a foster)

Guinness is a staff favourite up at the cattery, and she loves to entertain everyone with her rascally ways! She can often be found playing in the water bowls, and during the summer we even gave her her own paddling pool to play in! If she’s not taking a dip then you can certainly find her chasing around the feather wand (she’s a kitten at heart still!) or laying on top of a member of staff/volunteer giving the odd kiss

We are really hoping we can get Guinness a retirement home.

She is a housecat and is just looking for someone she can cuddle up to and get pets all day.
