Get involved and help Assisi Animal Sanctuary
Annual lap of the Ard’s Peninsula in aid of Assisi Animal Sanctuary.
Meeting at “The Pitstop Cafe” Bangor from 18.30, leaving 19.00 – 19.30 for a lap of the Ard’s Peninsula. Then back to Pitstop for free BBQ, light refreshments and Tombola. Donation of £5 per bike, all money goes to Assisi.
We are excited to announce the upcoming date for our annual Assisi Summer Fair!
This year’s Summer Fair will be held on Saturday 15th June right along the Bangor Marina at the McKee clock, from 11am – 3pm.
There will be Market Stalls selling gifts and artisan crafts, food stalls, and of course, it will all be completely dog-friendly!

Holywood May Day
Assisi will have a stall at the ever popular family day out, the Merry May Day celebrations in Holywood on Monday 6th May from 10am-4pm.
The town will be transformed into a pedestrianised hub of activity. Expect delicious savoury and sweet treats on offer from a food stall market. Musical performances will add to the ambience of a great day out, and of course the display of dance by local school children around the Island’s only Maypole is a highlight.

Street Collections
2024 upcoming Street Collections are:
Holywood – Saturday 18th May
Comber – Saturday 1st June
Belfast – Saturday 6th July
Donaghadee – Saturday 17th August
We would be very grateful if you could spare an hour or two to help.
The street collections will run in 1-2 hour shifts starting at 10am until 4pm.
