This gorgeous boy is Cooper!
Cooper is a handsome 5 year old German Shepherd x Collie.

Cooper is an active boy and enjoys going for quiet walks in the forest and spending some time off lead in our enclosed field! Cooper loves to learn, he enjoys trick training and scent work games.

Coopers favourite thing in the world is playing Tug, he will politely present his toy to you and then the games begin! Coopers favourite treats include, liver cake, chicken and primula cheese.

Cooper has some behavioural issues which he is working on here at the sanctuary with our dog trainer! He can be particularly fearful of strangers and men.

Cooper although when bonded with humans is very keen on their company he isn’t keen on other dogs.

He would benefit from working with a one to one behaviourist in his new home and possibly take on doing scent work.

Cooper would make a great companion for an active person or couple who enjoy quiet forest walks and exploring the countryside.

Cooper is seeking a rural, adult only home where he can be the only pet.
