Gunner

Gunner is a loving 1 year old German Pointer.

Gunner is a man of many Hobbies, his favourite Hobby is scent work, he has been working hard on this skill over the past few weeks, has made great progress and our trainers have been very impressed with his ability to pick it up so quickly.

Gunner has also been working hard learning how to greet other dogs politely, for this reason he would prefer to find a home with no other dogs.

Gunner can be wary of new people and new situations, therefore he is seeking an adult only home in a rural or semi-rural area.

This will help Gunner progress with his training and confidence building at his own pace.

Gunner is such a fantastic boy, very affectionate towards his carers here at the sanctuary and loves nothing more than to sit and watch the world go by in our fields.

Gunners favourite food is primula cheese and his favourite toy is a ball (although he would much rather spend time with his humans than playing).

Gunner would make a fantastic companion to a person or couple who love adventures! Gunner would love to find an owner who would continue on with his scent work hobby, perhaps this could be something you could both enjoy together to strengthen your bond.
