Shabba is a stunning black shepherd! She is about 2 years old and was originally from the pound. From our assessments, she could live with older teens and a more settled adult dog. She will need an active home where she will get enough exercise and mental stimulation to keep her happy.
*Ebony and Ivory and now reserved* Ebony and Ivory are two sweet female piggies at approximately one and a half years old. Ebony is mainly a light brown colour with white, whilst Ivory is mainly white with fawn! They both are long haired piggies, so do require to be brushed to ensure they do not get any matts or tatts! These two girlies are very nervous in nature and would require a quiet household and someone with a lot of time to encourage them out of their shells! They don’t mind being petted once picked up, but much prefer to have all four feet on the ground! The girls really enjoy their veggies, especially red peppers, celery and spinach! Ebony and Ivory have not yet shown an interest in investigating new areas, and much prefer areas where they feel safe. If you feel you could offer these two lovely girls a quiet loving home, please call up to the sanctuary, speak to the staff and fill out an application form!
Smokey is black in colour whilst Shadow is white in colour! They are two neutered males that are well bonded friends. Shadow is a little braver than Smokey would be, but he is coming around well and both enjoy their head-rubs! Both boys love to explore their surroundings and love getting new toys to play with. Smokey and Shadow have recently come back to us through no fault of their own. They would be able to live inside or outside (provided outside accommodation is safe, secure, spacious, warm and well sheltered).
Meet Hamish! Hamish is a neutered male bunny. His vaccinations are all up to date! Hamish was admitted as a stray bunny, as he was found roaming some gardens, and unfortunately no owner came forward for him. Hamish is a continental cross, and ginger/fawn in colour. He is a lovely boy that loves to snoop around you and investigate, however he hasn’t quite grasped the concept of enjoying head-rubs or anyone stroking him, so this may take some time for him to get used to. He loves exploring and playing with toys. Hamish is approximately 2-3 years old.
Steve is one of our long term resident buns, who has been here since 2012! Steve is an approximately 6 year old neutered male bun. Steve is unfortunately blind, however, this does not stop him from exploring and getting about. Steve needs to be kept in the same area, with level ground, so no hutches. Previously paired with Ella bun, who unfortunately passed away last year, he had been on his own for 6 months. He was then paired with Jessica Bun, and they got on great. Unfortunately Jessica bun has recently passed away unexpectedly, leaving Steve on his own again. Steve would be looking for an older quiet female to spend his time with. If you feel you have the perfect home for Steve, please call up to the sanctuary.
Eliza and Tattie buns are a mother and daughter pair! Eliza is mum bun, grey in colour and approximately 1 – 2 years old, Tattie bun is black and white in colour and approximately 3 months old now! Tattie arrived to us as a small pink hairless potato! She has grown brilliantly in size! Eliza has really come around, as when she first came to the sanctuary she was quite feisty! Now she enjoys head rubs and cuddles! She also loves to get out and explore new surroundings, as does Tattie bun, though Tattie loves to zoomie and binky everywhere! They both love their food, getting so excited for pellets and cabbage! Eliza is a fairly decent escape artist, so a secure home is a must! These two are such lovely buns and would love a home to call their own! If you feel you could offer Eliza and Tattie a warm and loving home, please call up to the sanctuary, speak to the staff and fill out an application form! Re-homing Hours: 11am – 3pm Tues – Sun
