For Animal Surrender requests, please allow 1-2 days for us to review your request and get back to you.  If your need is very urgent, please call us on 02891 812622 between 10am and 3pm.

For Rehoming applications, we will usually be in touch with you within 1-2 days but please bear with us if we take slightly longer, as we are currently receiving a high volume of requests.

For Volunteering applications, our Supporter Care team aim to be in touch with you within 1 week.
